You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Checking through customs was a breeze so I waited for a few minutes for the driver, but knowing someone was coming made the wait restful. Driver grabbed my bags and took me to the car, which was clean and comfortable. We chatted for a bit about London, weather, traffic and settled in for a peaceful drive into the city to my hotel.
