The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Waiting time restrictions: on arrival flights from Europe the driver will wait maximum 60 minutes from the moment the flight has landed. On arrival flights from outside Europe the driver will wait maximum 90 minutes from the moment the flight has landed.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Unfortunately, our flight was 3 hours late landing after a hold-up in Singapore. We were under the understanding (after reading the fine print on our booking info) that the company monitored the flight details and would adjust their pick-up times accordingly, so we were more tired than concerned when we finally did land, but we quickly found out that this is apparently not necessarily so.
Our driver had been waiting for the entire time in the airport, his parking was now due to expire and our delay was naturally having a big impact on the rest of his day's schedule.
Despite all this, the driver was very personable and helped with our luggage both at the airport and on arrival at the hotel and drove extremely professionally even though he was obviously hoping to make back some of the time our flight delay had caused him. His vehicle was also very well maintained.
We would use this service again... hopefully with an on-schedule arrival.

Chauffeur John was very courteous and helpful in loading and unloading our baggage which is very rear in this part of the world. It was really out of the way help.
