We never made it on this trip. Apparently we were suppose to confirm hotel pick up with Grayline tours even though we provided hotel name and address at time of booking. According to the multiple emails received from Viator everything was good “ sit back n relax.” Beware Viator is a third party booking system. Neither Viator or Grayline would reimburse us for our tickets a total of $600.00 for a party of six . STRONGLY recommend you book from hotel your staying at.
They did offer the option for us to go the following day however that was our last day in Montreal. Do not recommend

The trip was disorganized and our tour guide was not only rude and snarky when simple questions were asked, her English vocabulary was seriously lacking. She drifted from one topic to another without completing sentences. At the end she said her services were not included, indicating she was working for tips only. All in all the narration was poorly done, the stops were not very interesting except for the ski resort which was very nice, and she added nothing of value to the day. The pick up service was 30 minutes early; no one seemed to know how we were getting back to our hotel until the kast minute. Cannot recommend.
