Tour at the Albaneta Masseria in Montecassino with pedal assisted electric bicycle. We will proceed to the ascent with passage to the Rocca Janula, the Abbey and the Polish Tank. The route is mainly on asphalt and driveways. The track can be viewed and downloaded on Strava.

Local surrounded by nature. Normal food without great pretensions. Discreet beer. I count perhaps a little too expensive compared to the quality offered. Day that would have been spent in normality if it were not for the rudeness of a member of staff (if I remember correctly his name was Angelo) who made us very uncomfortable.

The place is very nice, quaint, excellent beer produced in the vicinity. Staff a little distracted, but you can safely forgive them as young guys, nothing serious, just a little more attention to customers.
