    The Palace was incredible, but the booking was completely unaccomodating, as I tried to cancel 2 of the bookings, as my Brother in law had surgery and my Sister stayed with him at the hospital, so they couldn't attend. Then when we got to the restaurant I was told I should have canceled their bookings. This was extremely frustrating as this activity was very expensive. I also paid for the whole cappuccino experience, which we never got. Very disappointed and will never recommend this tour to anyone. Rather call directly, book and then pay when you get there.

    The Cultural Hotel looks like a mosque, with 343 rooms. Each room has its own independent balcony, Poets Beach, the hotel's own camel for riding, delicious representative Middle Eastern cuisine, and delicious camel milk ice cream from the Cake Shop. , Lobby court’s gold foil coffee is delicious and stunning and must be photographed.

    Nach einem holprigen Start.... wir wurden von Theke zu Theke weitergeleitet, das Kaffe heisst auch nicht mehr so wie es verkauft wird; Die Buchung / Reservierung wurde vorerst nicht gefunden, wir konnten deshalb auch nicht Platz nehmen obwohl alles leer war sondern mussten ausserhalb des Cafés warten, die Dame hatte wohl einen schlechten Tag.... kam alles gut. Liebevoll serviertes Essen und leckerer Tee. Sehr zuvorkommendes Servicepersonal.
