Nick was our tour guide and he was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable about the food and wine we tasted but also about the history of the area we toured (Marais Area). He was also very personable and eloquent in his presentations. We tasted various cheeses, wines, chocolates, charcuterie and ended the tour in a local bistro that served charcuterie, wonderful bread and local wine. My husband and I learned a lot about daily neighborhood life and culture through food. You will not be disappointed with this tour.

Luis was a great guide! Would definitely recommend this tour - started with cheese and a bit of wine then moved to chocolate, bakery items, crème puffs and tried escargo for the first time (and was delicious). Luis had so much knowledge on both the food but also the area of Marais. Thanks Luis!
