Due to political reasons the tour was cancelled, roads were closed. But they didn’t say anything to clients. Pick up was supposed to be al 9:00. At 9:30 our hotel phoned the tour operator to find that the tour was cancelled.

Lucia was an amazing guide who added so much detail and context to the Cedars and the rest of the trip! Also Fadi was a great driver on some challenging roads with amazing views! Awesome trip that I would do again and again!

With our day trip, we were able to have a window into Lebanon that we would not have otherwise had. Through our guide and driver, we were taken to parts of Lebanon where we could step back in time. It is a tour that I would happily recommend any traveler take many times over--it will never get dull!
