After paying a little over $200 for a private walking tour, our guide never showed up. Called her phone and she said she doesn’t work for Viator anymore.

We were in Lecce for 4 days, it is a historic centre and we stayed in an old Palazzo within the walled city. The entire place is full of history and to appreciate it we arranged a walking tour with Antonella. It was the most informative and enjoyable 3 hours. Antonella took us to all of the major sites and we strolled the streets in the shade looking at many really interesting buildings whilst Antonella explained the history and architectural importance of the area. We stopped at shops and cafes that we would not have found and really enjoyed the entire experience. I would recommend to any Lecce visitor.

Clear meeting instructions, right on time (a few minutes early, actually). Friendly introductions and then we were off - with ages among our five ranging from 10 months to sixty-something, Antonella accommodated all. She's high energy but at a pace that can be followed - and her knowledge is encyclopediac - a little over two hours and amazingly (it was then just after noon) we ended at a great restaurant row. Antonella is a sure bet - enjoy!
