My husband and I really enjoyed this trip! Leeds Castle was beautiful, and we had plenty of time to tour the grounds and take pictures. Canterbury was quaint, and the cathedral was spectacular. Our tour guide, Kevin, was engaging, knowledgeable, and friendly. He also gave great dining and wine recommendations. Our driver, Billy, navigated the crazy London traffic safely and with skill. It was overall a great way to spend a day …

Disappointing. WiFi service was poor. Air conditioning in the bus was too chilly. Kevin was not structured in his narrative. They mixed up English speaking tourists with Japanese speaking tourists so it was such an inconvenience. For the price, the tour was quite a turn off.
