A colorful and tasty tour around Levinsky market.
Levinsky market, named after the Jewish Russian author Elhanan Leib Levinsky, was built as a trading center for the residents of the new city of Tel Aviv. Bulgarian, Bukharan, Persian, Balkan, Polish and North African newcomers mixed together to create the rich and unique blend of spices and delicacies that make the market we know and love today.
The years have seen this market change from a spice wholesale center to a lively, bustling market with high quality stores and restaurants from a variety of flavors and cultures.
Together we will tour the market and taste different delicacies.
This is an easy walking tour fit for all ages. Walking shoes, a hat and water are recommended.

the tour was so varied with the stopping and eating points. it was fun, friendly and interesting. there was loads to eat and water, forks, serviettes, hand gel were thoughtfully supplied. it felt that the company’s main goal was to provide a really enjoyable and informative experience for our group. our guide Shir had brilliant command of english and provided an insight on culture, history, literature and of course, food. we were pretty full by the end.
thoroughly recommended.

This was a great experience. The five of us have a cooking group so was fun to experience together! Roey was a great guide and most of the food was delicious! He was very informative! I would recommend that he supply water to the people. The precious guide , Jan took water, cups, wet wipes and napkins and it was needed and most appreciated!
