Owen was the perfect guide; energetic, confident, knowledgeable, engaging and witty! He efficiently sheparded our travel group through the London labyrinth and shared pertinent facts along the way with a much appreciated zest of East London humor. He ensured we took in the sights that many 'unchaperoned' visitors walk right passed. Cheerios, Owen!
