    After being picked up from your accommodation in the city of Praia, you will drive inland to Santa Cruz. Upon arrival at the largest banana and coconut plantation in the country, you'll take a walk inside the agricultural fields while your local tour guide explains the varieties of fruits and plants that are on the plantation. If available, at your own expense, you can refresh yourself with fresh coconut water and organically grown local bananas.

    Next, you will head to the nearby city of Orgãos, where you will be warmly greeted by a friendly local family, embracing unmatched island hospitality. You will have the opportunity to indulge in local cuisine and unveil Cape Verdean gastronomic secrets while savouring La Morabeza creole. Learn how to cook the local Cuscuz, a traditional cake made from cornmeal, and Fidjós, a delicious treat made from banana mixed with wheat.

Incroyable encore une fois, Bu County Tour n'a cessé de nous impressionner. Une organisation incroyable à tous les niveaux. Nous avons été très contentes. Les guides SUPER, ils ont même aidé une petite fille à ouvrir ses noix de coco. Mamá Lucia était super chou et nous a montré comment préparer un petit-déjeuner local. Un GRAND MERCI !!!

It was an amazing and inspiring experience! Our lovely guide (Elton Vieira-Junior) and lovely driver (Elton Moreira-Kassaf) were extemely kind, helpful, interesting and funny! The incredible band at Mama Luisa's house reminded us how incredibly refreshing and fullfilling time you can have with pure human beings and wonderfully warm music to dance and sing together! Muito muito muito obrigada ❤️

Super guide en français, une connaissance incroyable de l'histoire du pays. Attention aux jours fériés, mais ça n'a rien changer au charme de notre journée. Merci également à Mama Luisa et son mari Gustavo qui sont fort accueillant, ma mère dansait avec eux et nous avons réalisé le petit déjeuner ensemble. Une agréable journée, n'hésitez pas à réserver mes petits français, c'est une belle aventure
