Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

We provide a specialised service of private transfers to and from the airport to Lisbon (city center).
Our drivers are available 24 hours a day to take you or to bring you from the airport with all the comfort required.

Hotel/port pickup (waiting time included: 15 min after pickup time scheduled)
Transportation in private brand new vehicle;
Meet-and-Greet arrival at the Airport (waiting time included: 45 min after flight landed)

We accept no responsibility for loss of a passenger's luggage or any damage to a passenger's luggage. The customer must ensure that all passengers' luggage is adequately insured.

The duration of transfers are approximate (it will depend on the time and traffic conditions of the pick-up day);
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

My husband and I were visiting Lisbon to celebrate my 50th birthday. I reserved a round-trip transfer from and to the airport with Toptour Portugal and was very thankful I did.
Wasley Danas was our driver. He contacted me prior to our flight arrival with detailed instructions on how to navigate through border patrol to the meeting location inside the airport. He was very courteous and helpful, offering recommendations on restaurants and things to do.

Notre chauffeur Michel Wan Meyl a été très sympathique, s’exprimant dans un très bon anglais et saura parler français la prochaine fois que nous retournerons au Portugal.
Michel a été très ponctuel, nous a averti de son arrivée et le lieu exact où le retrouver.
Pour finir, c’est un très bon chauffeur avec un conduite sérieuse et calme… on ne se sent pas secoué comme dans d’autres taxis.
Je recommande.
