The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Our driver will be near the Starbucks Coffee Shop on Arrivals Hall. He/she will be holding a plaque saying AVENIDAS so you can identify him.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

My flight was late on arrival. I was so worried about whether my driver would still be waiting for me. Much to my surprise..he was! It was the nicest man and gave me lots of ideas as to what to do in Sintra.

This was a terrible experience. In the beginning they were responsive. They told me who was picking me up and what vehicle plate etc. Someone very different and difficult to find was there. Once we were in the car and on the way, the main office calls the driver and said that they wanted to speak with me. I was told that the price was actually going to be 12 Euros more. I was very upset as I had supplied my address and given a quote( which was the same as another company). I did not have any Euros as I had just arrived, The person on the phone was not nice and borderline threatening. Not a way to start a vacation.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
