Once we turned up, we were told there was a private event & women's game so were not allowed in. Such a shame! Seemed like a beautiful stadium. Contacted customer services, who contacted Benfica. As usual payment is instant but refund can take up to 72 hours so haven't had it through yet!

The stadium was beautiful and the tour guide was amazing. The people were also super generous and gave us scarves and a 10% sale per person
