Earlier in the day we visited sporting Lisbon and went on to benfica stadium after that. Sporting Lisbon tour was great they divided groups into English and Portuguese which was great. Unfortunately benfica didn’t do the same. This was its downfall! The tour took way too long because of this, we were in there for over 2 and a half hours! We were part of a massive group being led around the stadium the tour spoke in Portuguese first then repeated in English. The majority of the group were Portuguese and to be very honest extremely rude! After the guide had explained everything in Portuguese he then explained in English and because the majority of people had understood the first time they then proceeded to have their own conversations and chat amongst themselves while the tour guide was speaking in English making it extremely difficult for us to hear the tour guide throughout the tour. We had been nothing but respectful throughout and listened when he spoke in Portuguese even though we didn’t understand only to then have the majority of the tour to be very rude and disrespectful to us when he spoke in English. The tour guide did nothing to calm them down or quieten them which only added to our frustration. The pitch was under construction but we went out of season so this was on the cards so not their fault. But overall very long, exhausting, couldn’t hear anything and a little pointless. They need to follow sporting Lisbon clubs lead when it comes to their tours as their tour was miles better and suited everyone involved. This tour at benfica was a shambles. Glad I did it but would never go again.

I thought k was better! May 19 we went with our daughter to the stadium as one of her birthday gifts...all very well...but First there were a lot of people in the same visit and besides we couldn't hear well the k the guide said also couldn't take photos...we had k let everyone go away so we could take a photo! We should be over 30 people, I didn't count. The guide spoke Portuguese and then in English the k was a grandissima secca !!! ...could have sessions so to speak in English because we hear twice the same thing is mt bad...and the weather also clear! The biggest disappointment was at the time k iamos the dressing rooms the guide spoke k was in works and k had there "a place" as if it was the same...lol The highlight was when they started singing congratulations to our daughter in the press room and also then had the right to sing congratulations in Lithuanian!!! ???????????? At the end of the visit we were directed to spend money on photos and merchandising of the glorious...but the photos cost 49€ plus 15€ and if we bought the photos all we were right to a bucket at our choice and without paying anything! I personally would never say the 64€ for photos even because all the photos were with a single image...but my husband bought everything good! It was a different day for those who are not of the benfica but for those who LOVE the glorious was a day lindoooooo! As for the museum I personally did not drop but there were two more people k liked !!!????????

Super fun but there was a mistake with the app and we could not see most of the stadium. Not the stadium fault.
