Embark on an amazing journey to Porto, a coastal city in northwest Portugal known for its stately bridges and port wine production. In the medieval Ribeira (riverside) district, narrow cobbled streets wind past merchants’ houses and cafes. Its unique architecture, culture and traditions are famous around the world.
You'll start by leaving Lisbon and heading on to Águeda, passing by Costa Nova Beach, and Senhor da Pedra (optional).
Upon arriving in Porto, we'll have a walk around the town and see Clerigos Tower and Church, the famous centennial Lello Bookstore whose stairs were an inspiration to the stairs in Hogwarts, and of course, the main boulevard of Porto, Avenida dos Aliados.
After this, we'll move on to lunch (at your own expense). You can follow our guide's recommendation, or book your own!
In order to end this tour in the best way possible, before returning to Lisbon, we'll take on a guided visit of the Burmester Caves, and allow you a taste of it fabulous Porto Wine!

Burmester, Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal The Burmester Cellars are located in Vila Nova de Gaia in a privileged location on the Douro River, next to the Luiz I bridge. Our driver with Avenidas on the day of pickup was amazing! Right on time and took us to our hotel with no delays or problems! Will definitely use their services again once I am back in the beautiful country of Portugal!
