We had a wonderful time on our monasteries tour. Our tour guide was very informative and full of excellent information about the sites we visited. We do wish that communication before the tour would have been better. We did two other tours while in Portugal, and the other tour companies we worked with reached out to us at least twice within 72 hours before the start of those tours to confirm meeting place/time of departure/etc. We reached out to No Map Tours to confirm our tour details the day before our tour after not hearing from them the week-of. We did receive a response, but we felt that this led to awkwardness between us and our guide and perhaps some annoyance towards us on the day of our tour. We felt that some of our guide's responses to our questions/comments were slightly condescending at times. Overall, though, we really enjoyed this tour and would definitely do it again!

The Monasteries Tour with Sandra was amazing. She paid attention to every detail and was such a good tour guide. I really enjoyed all the sights and Sandra made them come to life with details I would not have known on my own. She even gave us excellent lunch recommendations. It was so nice to be transported in a luxurious car without the hassle of figuring out how to get to the sights. I would book another tour with her the next time I am in Lisbon!

Great day from Lisbon to the Monasteries, Sandra was great! Very knowledgable, passionate, and a fun tour guide! She shared tons of history, facts, and stories and was happy to thoroughly answer all our questions. The whole day was very relaxing, starting with a welcome at our own doorstep to front door drop-off. Would book again :)
