My friends and I had a great time on our Evora/Wine Tasting day tour! We started the day with a stop at Mainova winery, where we toured the winery and tasted wine in their beautiful tasting room. After this, we stopped in the cute, small town of Arraiolos for some coffee and a pastry. We ended the day with our guide, Gonçalo, taking us on a tour of Evora. We had so much fun spending the day with Gonçalo - he was very knowledgeable and helpful, and we learned a lot about Portugal while on this tour! Additionally, Gonçalo was very easy going and let us take our time and enjoy the moment while wine tasting and exploring Evora. I would definitely recommend this tour and our guide, Gonçalo, for anyone looking for a nice/easy day tour from Lisbon!

Our family signed up for three days of tours while staying in the Lisbon area and truly couldn’t have asked for better service. Classic Portugal is a small family business - a husband and wife team with some help from a few others. The attention we got was completely individualized. Their English was completely fluent. The prices were affordable compared to other options out there but what we got was above and beyond. Some tours seem pretty anxious to wrap things up by the stroke of an eight-hour day, but these guys were genuinely excited about showing us everything we wanted to see and even ran over when we were game for it. Carlos and Bruno felt much more like friends than just guides after a couple of days together. We got to do everything we were promised but the tours were also flexible and adapted to what we wanted to do. The guys made an effort to connect with everyone in the family, not just the grownups. You can’t do better than Classic Portugal. Enjoy your visit.

A friend booked us with Classic-Portugal tour. We were met by Carlos was prompt and friendly. He picked us up in his car which was clean. We had a wonderful day. We travel quite a bit all over the world but have to say Carlos is one of the best guide we have ever met. Highly recommend Carlos and his company to anyone visiting Lisbon and nearby towns.
