The spa is perfectly appointed and the staff are wonderful. We had the Spa to ourselves and we spent two hours there and another two hours swimming and lounging by the pool. We arrived to Lisbon on a 6am flight and this was the perfect thing to do before our 2am check-in across town. The hotel stored our bags while we visited and they even suggested some breakfast and lunch places for before and after the visit. The whole experience was a perfect thing to do on a Sunday morning.

It's an interesting experience, especially for a first time. The hotel and spa are both amazingly decorated to look very elegant and the staff is great. However, as far as relaxation and health goes, these spas are categorically lying to everyone. As such, even though it is enjoyable, I feel overcharged even with a discount. It was something we wanted to try and see for ourselves what was true and we did. Won't do it again.
