Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I waited almost 2hrs for the driver to arrive. Tried to contact the driver by phone and text, did not reply to either. The pickup process at arrival was chaotic. After a long flight I was expecting an easy transfer, this was not case. It would have been faster and easier taking a taxi or Uber from Lisbon Airport to my hotel in my opinion. The only silver lining was the helpful attendant who was kind enough to help and translate in Portuguese.

This is the most appalling and deceitful company I have encountered. No taxi waiting at the airport despite all the text messages confirming there would be. We were asked to wait 10 mins, then a further 15 mins then a further 25 mins at which point we lost patience. The rep at the airport is rude and unhelpful and blatantly lies. The hotline help number is useless as no one answers. The return journey was no better, the driver just didn’t turn up despite a text message stating he was a few minutes away resulting in us almost missing our flight. Avoid at all costs.

The driver was incredibly helpful when we landed in Lisbon. We were tired coming from a long flight and we were having trouble locating the meeting place. He was easy to contact and he told us not to worry he would find us. He was so kind and patient and he did find us in the airport terminal in Lisbon. We will definitly use viator to book our transportation for future trips.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
