Be careful when they scan the QR and do not throw away the ticket cuz you will need it to show every time you hop in, the lady who scan our QR did not tell us we have to use the tiket she gave us every single time we use the bus or tram or shuttle.

The tours start from the bottle of Edward v11 park . Arrived at 11.50 am for noon tour .No signs to inform visitors where to buy tickets.Hat seller brought me to an attendant at a bus who sold me 2 tickets and said bus would arrive in 5/6 minutes ,joined the line . 20 minutes later I asked the same attendant when the bus would arrive ,she said 5 minutes .It did arrive in 5 minutes but we were not allowed Board .Temperature was 30 degrees.Finally we got on and tour started ( 30 minutes late ) The bus has a translation system that required earphones.No one offered theses and as the bus was moving it was not possible to go down stairs to get them.A lot of the translation units were not working anyway . Tour takes 1 hour 45 minutes ,at least 35 minutes of which is stuck in traffic . Staff were neither helpful or friendly. All round a poor experience and a waste of time and money at €22 per person

Cancelled the yellow bus. Waited nearly an hour for bus and then cancelled the reservation. Gray line red bus much more varied and timely. Can’t recommend Yellow Bus, not enough buses!!
