  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Op voorhand geboekt. Een dag voor vertrek nog telefoon gekregen met vraag voor exacte adres en uur. Bevestiging via mail. Maar de dag van vertrek zijn ze niet komen opdagen. Niet bereikbaar via mail en ook niet op de telefoon nr. Hebben last minuut zelf een Uber geregeld richting luchthaven!!! Gelukkig wel via de helpdesk van Viator onmiddellijk een claim ingediend en geld terug gekregen.

The driver contacted us via WhatsApp about 20 minutes before scheduled to confirm. He arrived a little early, which suited us fine. We were going to the cruise ship terminal to embark, and he was a little unfamiliar with the drop off for check in, which was not at the ship, but we directed him pretty close to the passenger entry. We had to walk up a flight of steps with our bags, which could have been avoided had he known the entry point. But we got there in plenty of time.
