This was an enjoyable and informative tour of Lisbon. Diogo was an amazing guide...very funny, passionate, insightful and a clear communicator. Diogo was born and raised in Lisbon and offered great information on the history and culture of the city and Portugal. We had a small group so we were able to customize the itinerary and the time we spent at most locations. Not only did we visit the main cultural/historical places, Diogo took us to other locations that most tourists don't get to experience. The pick up and drop off at my hotel was super convenient. I would recommend this tour and Diogo. Top notch!

The tour was disappointing to say the least. The van that we were picked up in was at least 20 years old. The windows didn’t open, the van smelled stale and the air conditioning stopped working when it started to get warm. One of the main stops - the Jeronimos Monastery was closed due to a holiday. I feel the driver should have known that. Whenever he forgot something or didn’t remember about something, he told us he hadn’t done a city tour in over 6 months. That did not inspire confidence that he knew what he was talking about. We enjoyed the visit to the Castle with the view of Lisbon. That was the highlight of the day. Our tour guide complained a lot and made us all cranky by the end of the day.
