Totally incomplete information was provided. Where were we to board the tram? At what time(s)? We wasted an hour, were forced to take an unnecessary Uber and to make a long distance phone call to viator to get information that should have been provided originally. Terribly disappointing and careless. Once on the tram, we did enjoy the ride although the cost for a one hour circuit with recorded narrative seemed excessive.

Decided to avoid the crowds and tourists taking up the locals' public transport #28 trams, cramming into the seats. Instead paid a little bit more for a practically empty private tram ride for 1+ hours around the old town. We knew it didn't stop but were happy to sit and watch things go by, taking photos as necessary, listening to the working audio system.
