Totally incomplete information was provided. Where were we to board the tram? At what time(s)? We wasted an hour, were forced to take an unnecessary Uber and to make a long distance phone call to viator to get information that should have been provided originally. Terribly disappointing and careless. Once on the tram, we did enjoy the ride although the cost for a one hour circuit with recorded narrative seemed excessive.
