Terrible tour. How could they not have know the downtown core had a major bike race ! Had to be rerouted, missed a lot of attractions. Commentary recording was so off, talked about a fountain that never came into view and numerous other sites of note. Very disappointing!

This bus tour was terrible! Avoid the RED GRAYLINE tour-the tour information is poor quality & quantity & it often told us after the stop what was at the previous one at which point it was too late to get off & explore! We also waited >1.5hrs at the castle & no bus showed up despite it apparently being every 20mins. Rip off for what it was. Worst bus tour in a European city I have ever done

Once we go on the bus it was excellent but we had to queue at the main pick up point at Parco da Figueira in the heat for 30 minutes and not be able to get on the bus which was full. We were then told it would be a further hour for the next bus as there had been a breakdown. Staff were not especially helpful. We came back much later in the day and that was fine.
