The button to tell the driver you wanted to get off did not work. A couple traveling near me rode 3 Km before they figured out

Several stops were suspended due to events, which was unfair to customers. The bus services were not frequent enough and live schedules were unreliable. A driver did not stop to let us get on. We had to walk back as it was the last service. He should be more considerate of customers.

The best way to see and feel the whole city. Very comfortable, with very good audio quide, a lot of stops. Good price for this level of quality.
