The system was very good and our driver was very friendly. It was very easy to schedule and follow on the app.

It took over 1 hours to go through Customs and at least 30 minutes to walk through the airport to get our luggage. I was in contact with Viator and the pick up service but they said we were a No Show. The communication with Viator was not helpful. We ended up using Uber. Not a good experience.

Driver never showed up. Would not answer any of my messages either. I had to take an Uber instead. Would not recommend
