We met up in the Belem area of Lisbon for this class. The venue was very nice. They had a stainless steel kitchen and lots of space for us all to cook. There were 6 of us in the class. We had appetizers, cheese and Portuguese sausage, we made a casserole of dried cod, a red beans and rice dish, fried and baked pork ribs and the famous Portuguese custard tarts. The teacher was patient and knowledgeable, able to answer all of our questions. We had wine and water to drink with our meal. We could have used a bit more wine...All in all, it was a great experience!
