Portuguese Masterclass is a hands-on class for those interested in learning new techniques of cooking during their visit to Lisbon. Every Thursdays, from 6:30pm to 10pm , you can learn, cook and eat a gourmet meal and drink Portuguese wines.

It was exceptional with so much food that I was surprised! A lot more than I expected and we got to focus on cooking one individual thing at a time 10 out 10 recommend

What a truly great evening. Our chef, Padro, was so welcoming, kind, fun and kept us all on task. Everyone got to share in the preparation and cooking. The mood was very informal and all the participants mingled and chatted throughout the evening. A great way to experience Portuguese cooking, food and wine.

This was one of the highlights of our Portugal trip. There were 13 of us including the instructor. First, verde wine and snacks to keep our strength up. Then the instructor explained what was on the menu for the evening. She was able to make adjustments to accommodate food allergies. We all chose which food item to work on. Our instructor was patient, informative, and kind. Imagine having 12 people asking you questions all night! Yet she ran the kitchen like a fine tuned machine. At the end we all sat down to enjoy the fruitage of our labor family style. It was a great evening! I would highly recommend this class. Oh, and all the food was delicious. We did good.????
