Portuguese Masterclass is a hands-on class for those interested in learning new techniques of cooking during their visit to Lisbon. Every Thursdays, from 6:30pm to 10pm , you can learn, cook and eat a gourmet meal and drink Portuguese wines.

This was a highlight of our trip. There were 3 total participants in our class as a group of 5 cancelled at the last minute. We enjoyed the cooking and learning. I made cod fritters (wow) ! Everyone cooked more than one dish, from the prepping to the actual cooking. Our Chef Instructor - Guilardo, provided us a rich experience from the conversation to the cooking - Thank you. The facility is a professional cooking school, with excellent tools.

This was an amazing cooking experience! Pedro our Chef was fantastic! This was a coking class where everyone got the chance to work on making a dish and cook. Pedro was very informative and walked us thru how to make everything. We made a three course meal that was delicious. When we arrived we were greeted with wine, a variety of cheese and jam as well as olives and bread and sausage.
