Portuguese Masterclass is a hands-on class for those interested in learning new techniques of cooking during their visit to Lisbon. Every Thursdays, from 6:30pm to 10pm , you can learn, cook and eat a gourmet meal and drink Portuguese wines.

Excellent experience. It was a lot of laughs and I learned so much. A great group of people led by an excellent teacher, who was able to manage all of the different dishes, while making sure we all got the valuable lessons in making them.

Fabulous facilities; very well organised to involve the whole group; excellent recipes and fab food to eat. Chef very generous and very skilled while also keeping the experience entertaining. Highly recommend. I have been cooking for nearly 60 years and consider myself competent but learnt valuable techniques.
