Great communication. Paulo let me know exactly where to look for him and I found him easily in the airport. Lovely clean car and ride to my hotel. Made it very pleasant for a very jet-lagged traveler.

Very dissatisfied - I paid $54.24 for what was suppose to be a “Private Luxury Transfer from Lisboa Airtport” to my hotel. The vehicle that I was picked up in was not a “Luxury Vehicle” - Mercedes, BMW, etc. information can be varified with booking. Very misrepresented service provider. Refund should be issued for the difference in cost for promised vehicle minus what was actually used for transfer.
