The tour was exactly as described - so in that sense it was great. It is a long day though, and the drive from Lisbon is long, giving you limited time in Porto. We could have saved some time if we were able to skip the "wine-making" education. Our guide was a bit reticent, and we had to prod him with questions.

The visit was spectacular. We were very well served throughout the trip. The driver was attentive and pedagogically developed a narrative that enabled us to understand what our eyes saw.

Arthur was a wonderfully informative guide. He was social and conversing was pleasant. The sites were beautiful and the wine tour was amazing. We enjoyed walking along the river and buying crafts from the vendors. Lunch was very good. The best white port wine I've ever had. My family and I really enjoyed this experience.
