DON’T BOOK THIS TOUR! Instead of a tuk-tuk, a very small buggy was provided for us with two seats, facing backwards. Limited visibility due to being high up (big step up) and red plastic rain shields which were held up by the two members of our party (it was a sunny day). They couldn’t hear the guide since they were facing backwards and he was difficult to understand. We didn’t find him to be as informative as we had hoped. Viator would not give us a refund or any compensation. We had booked 7 tours with Viator prior to this. We will not be using Viator again as they don’t stand behind their product.

It was a lovely experience with the guide Abdullah. He was very nice and helpful. Abdullah is knowledgeable enough to give an overview of the city. One of the best parts of the tour on Tuk Tuk is the ease and convenience to go through the narrow streets and enjoy listening to the history of neighborhoods.

This was excellent introduction to the old part of Lisbon. Our guide Abdu was very informative and also asked us about places we would like to see. As Lisbon is so hilly. This was a great way to get around.
