You can’t ask for a more conscientious guide. Hugo was in constant contact before our trip. He kept us informed of a possible strike and made alternate arrangements based on our preferences. We had a wonderful time and he was a great guide. We saw the things we wanted to see and then some. We already have another trip booked with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone coming to Lisbon.

Hugo was easy to deal with and the communication was prompt. We were travelling with our 9 year old son and Hugo did his best to make the journey a pleasant and memorable experience. Overall we would recommend this tour.

Our driver Hugo took a potentially disappointing day, and turned it into a memorable experience. The night before our trip to Sintra and Pena Palaces, he called to let us know of a potential strike by the palaces' staff. Using his experience and inside knowledge, he was able to find a way to get us into both extraordinary palaces, minimizing the queue times, and take us to two other memorable sites (Cabo do Roca and the pools at Azenhas do Mar) as a bonus while he waited on information about the morning strike. I doubt we could have successfully navigated the challenge of Sintra and Pena without an expert driver, even without the strike.
