Notre guide Ruben connait très bien l'histoire de Sintra et du Portugal Il partage avec enthousiasme cette passion, il est très sympathique et à des attentions toutes particulières pour les enfants. Nous recommandons tout particulièrement ce guide qui parle bien Français Une belle expérience sur Sintra qui restera un de nos meilleurs moments de notre voyage au Portugal.

We used knight rider tourism to tour the palaces of Sintra with our guide Ruben. He was a great, knew all the best things to see and all the quick spots to get tickets & avoid lines. He Was very knowledgeable of all the history in the region. We didn’t have a well researched plan and after breakfast got directions from the barista to the tour bus. We decided we wanted a private tour/transportation for a reasonable 20€/person (I believe the public bus round trip is 15€/person that takes you to all the sights). Note: Ruben was a one man show who drove us from place to place and gave us the history of the region and each place. He was not a tour guide that joined you in the property. (I personally enjoyed this method as it allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted in each place).

En débarquant (nous étions deux couples) à la gare de Sintra, nous étions un peu embarrassés sur la conduite à tenir. Des dizaines de guides proposaient leurs services. Nous sommes tombés, un peu par hasard, sur Henrique Susa (Knight Riders). Il nous a tout de suite bien plu et pas un seul instant nous n'avons regretté notre choix. Tout autant guide qu'historien, il nous a fait visiter l'essentiel de Sintra, sans jamais rien nous imposer, mais avec professionnalisme et efficacité. Ses excellentes connaissances historiques, artistiques et son français parfait, nous ont fait passer une journée inoubliable. Un bon conseil, si vous le croisez, n'hésitez pas un instant à la choisir.
