A++. Hugo was perfect for private driver upon our arrival in Portugal. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, humorous, and safe. Best of all he was very responsive and helpful as we planned out our travel and sorted through all of the logistics. Honestly on other vacations we have arranged transfers through our hotels — we wish there was a Hugo everywhere that we went. Thank you Hugo for making our Portugal experience memorable!
