Rui was exceptional from our first interaction to the last. He was extremely friendly, courteous and generous with his time. He was extremely responsive to all my (sometimes too many) questions. The van was spotless and very comfortable and he gave us some great recommendations to enjoy our stay. Superb and trustworthy!
