This is the best way to discover and explore the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a true paradise near Lisbon. During this tour you’ll visit some of the wonderful beaches and mountains of this natural park, you’ll be in permanent contact with nature and enjoy unique landscapes. Wow was this an amazing day - adventure of a lifetime! We can not speak highly enough of Maya! We had the most spectacular action packed day of cycling and adventure. She has such a high emotional IQ and is personable and lovely beyond description. In short order, after hearing more about us on the train ride, she adapted the tour to our interests and showed us so many hidden treasures. We took the train to Sintra and after tasting a delicious local delicacy we biked off to see some of the most amazing hidden gems in the National Park, off the beaten path, that Maya couldn't wait to show us. We biked through vinyards, through the mountains, down into the coastal region and spent some time at the Cascais Beach. We had a most delicious lunch experience at a local farmers' market tasting local delicacies including vinho verde and local cheese. Delicious!!! We were continually wowed! She has excellent historical knowledge that she wove in as a great storyteller, making the trip an adventure and educational. Maya is so calm and a great decision maker when circumstances change. She sets a very high bar!

I was with my wife, 11 year old son, and 6 year old son. The older boy was able to ride on both regular bike and ebike no problem while the little one was in a bike seat on my ebike. We had a wonderful time with Maya on the ebikes to Sintra and with Miguel along the coast in Lisbon. We highly recommend Free Bike Tours Lisbon!

Fantastische fietstour met super enthousiaste Nederlandse reisgids Maya. Maya woont al 10 jaar in Lissabon en kent Sintra en Cascais op haar duimpjes en deelt deze ervaring graag met haar gasten. Ze stemt haar verhaal en programma af op haar gasten. We hebben genoten van haar grappen, doortastendheid, hulpvaardigheid. Alhoewel we veel klimmetjes bedwongen hebben en een toer gemaakt van 80 kilometer was dit qua inspanning met de e-bikes een fluitje van een cent. Een aanrader
