  • Attention: the entrance in the palaces has a slot we must respect. We will not be responsible for any accidents or other reasons out of our control that can change the course of the tour or skip a palace if we don't get there on the expected time!

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Javi was a great tour guide and it was an excellent day overall. We got there just early enough to feel like we had the palace to ourselves before the crowds rolled in. All the subsequent stops were great and everything ran smoothly. The photos and videos that Javi took for us were a really special bonus too! We had so much fun and I would definitely recommend this tour.

Even though starting time 7:15 a bit early, we enjoyed these 10 hours small group - 9 including driver. Addy is driver as well as driver…. Photographer. The optional set lunch was delicious. I would give big 5 stars to Andy from happy tour

I started my day early and my guide arrived with very clean car to pick me up at the exact time mentioned in the itinerary. He was very polite and offered me water bottles(I forgot to buy few). I am glad I booked an early tour as the crowd was less and we got opportunity to click photos without people in walking in the background. They stopped at a restaurant whose menu was shared beforehand and I was able to decide on my lunch without wasting time browsing the menu. The friendly and joyful nature of my guide Lukas made the travel more enjoyable. He was very enjoyable and knows the city a lot. He also advised me for the other plans in Lisbon. HE also clicked some awesome pictures of me (which is important when u r travelling solo). :) Thanks Happy tours and Lukas.
