The directions on how to get your tickets are very confusing. They give you multiple places ….email, text and on the app where it says you can get your tickets but those don’t work. We ran around for 2 hours before it was sorted. I should have checked What’s app. It basically ruined our last day in Rome as we walked for hours, it was hot and because of other activities booked, the bus did not help us.

This tour was wonderful!! A perfect way to see Rome when you only have a day or so. We recommend hop-on hop-off bus tours and do them in every big city we travel to. Very easy!

We had a great time as a family seeing Rome for the first time. We loved getting off, grabbing a lunch and taking the tour a second time around
