I contacted them over WhatsApp and the response was very fast, we got our slot scheduled as per our request & we enjoyed the whole live session. I am adding some photos of what we made! This was one of the best biryani in my life, because everything was live and I was explained very well about what I am doing.

If you enjoy Indian food and culture, then this is a really cool thing to do. I loved the experience - I felt like I was taken back to Dharavi and soaking up day to day life. Samir's English was awesome, he and his family were welcoming and the direction and advice was great. They were very flexible and changed the dish to accommodate my request of cooking a Biryani and Raita. It included making Garam Masala from scratch. The result and taste was outstanding - I'm sure it was the instruction and demonstration that made it. I learned some new techniques - it was great fun. Thanks Samir and your family.
