Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

For those guests who have limited time, and mainly wish to focus on seeing the magnificent White Rhinos and walk through the park, then this is the best tour for them...the concentration is much on tracking the White Rhinos and other wild life animals, but the guide will also be explaining about the different types of trees , with the help of the Rangers, and getting up close and personal (within a safe environment) to get fantastic pictures of these remarkable Rhinos.

we do pickups from hotels within Livingstone and surrounding areas. If the clients want pickup to be done outside Livingstone it can be arranged but on a fee.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Daka is a very knowledgeable and charismatic man. He
was able to organize the experience for me to interact
with the elephants, and go to the Devil’s Pool. He
answered all questions thoroughly, and explained the
processes in detail. He made me feel extremely safe and
comfortable as a solo traveler, and went beyond his
expectations to ensure I enjoyed my time in Zambia.
