If you want an authentic experience of Hanoi, this is a must do activity with Sammy! She takes you to a market on the outskirts of the city with no tourists so you get a true feel for how the locals live. We picked up the items we were using and she taught me how to make three dishes. She is trained as a chef and is more than willing to adjust based on your dietary preferences. She is knowledgeable and so sweet. My second day with her and loved it all. First day was a full day tour of Hanoi including street food. Would have never chosen the places she took me to with confidence.

We had an absolutely amazing time with Rose! Our tour through the local food market was incredible - Rose is so energetic and so passionate about Vietnamese cuisine and she was happy to answer all our questions about local ingredients and flavours. We would highly recommend this experience as it really can be personalised to get the most out of the day and you will love all the delicious food. We loved grilling the pork for the bun cha and learning the secrets to recreating that signature fresh taste of Vietnamese cuisine! Cảm ơn (thank you!)
