It’s an experience for sure. Really needed to bundle up because it was cold and windy at the open top deck. Heavy traffic expected, not all sites were visited

The tour guide was wonderful! However, the event was scheduled for 90 minutes but it was only 60 minutes. The departure point was difficult to find since there were 2 addresses listed. While we arrived at the departure point early, we were demanded to simply get on the bus regardless of verifying my ticket/order number. The check point group (4 men) aggressively demanded that we simply get on the bus where one took my phone out of my hands to rush me along in the bus.

The crowds in this part of London are similar to Bourbon Street or Times Square during the week of New Years. This meant traffic was insane, which meant slow going for the bus driver. Our live guide, Mark, was great; he was the highlight of the tour, and the lights were beautiful. If you're willing to bundle up - a lot- and sit in stalled traffic to see them, give it a go.
