I prearranged and paid for 4 transfers. The 2 that happened in London, didn’t go as planned. Our transfer from the EcoStar station to our hotel sort of happened. The driver was waiting for us and then called an Uber to take us to the hotel. I guess he had a better deal. Our transfer from the hotel to the airport didn’t happen. The driver was going to be more than 30 minutes late. So had to take a black cab to the airport which cost more. The company only refunded what I paid to them. Not what I had to pay black cab. Don’t plan to use this company in the future. The transfers in Switzerland and France were good.

A very good service. All done perfectly well and in a professional way. On time as scheduled for departure, no worries whatsoever. A team took care of everything and we arrived with plenty of time.
