Six people, with 2 children, to be located at London Gatwick. However, the driver was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. I searched the small arrival area TWO TIMES, my adult son searched it one time. Six people grouped together in the middle of the airport. Why could we not be found?
After Calling four times + two text messages, finnaly found the driver walking across the parking lot, AWAY FROM THE VAN & toward the vehicle waiting area.
NO MORE OF THIS FOR US.

Ors was great. He was helpful and very personable. He pointed out landmarks as we drove to our destination and we would ask for his services again!

Frequently when ordering on-line services, one is unaware of the actual credentials of who one is dealing with. Using VIATOR at least gives one high confidence. However when dealing with unknown foreign operators one is unaware of their reliability especially with overseas car services. From our day before departure I received a phone call from the oversea's operator confirming the arrangement and also on arrival received another call confirming the meetng location within the airport where our driver would find us after disembarkation. All went smoothly and was assuredvat each contact that all would be in order. The driver spoke good English and was smartly attired, the car was roomy and well cared for. The driver knew the best way to navigate to our hotel situated kitty corner from Big Ben on the South Bank of the Thames. All in all the hiring experience was nothing but first class.

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
