Passengers need to be checked out and waiting by the concierge desk in their hotel lobby at the beginning of their pickup time. Please be aware that your driver will wait for 10-15 minutes before departing, at this point the transfer will be declared a no show. When picking up from private addresses your driver will ring the buzzer or a contact number whichever is required.

  • Specialized infant seats are available
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
  • Children: All infants & children are charged as full fare paying passengers. Should infants/children require a special car seat, this is payable direct to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey and must be requested in advance. Please note that the above may not be available in all areas at all times. Should a car seat not be available on the date of service, infants can still travel as per UK laws.
  • Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

We didn't want to deal with dealing with our luggage in the tube to get to the airport, and it was more convenient to hire a driver rather than wait on a taxi or Uber. Traffic is very bad in London! Our driver did notify us that he would be 5-10 min late, but we planned accordingly. He arrived, helped us with our bags, and we got to the airport with plenty of time to spare! Healthrow security is AWFUL! I highly recommend that however you get to the airport, plan for at least 4 hours before flight for an international trip!

Our driver Fernandez(133) was on time, friendly, helpful, was a professional guide, helped us load our luggage into a cart at the airport, just a pleasure.

Driver was personable and knowledgeable. He was at our hotel prior to our pickup time, so we were able to leave a bit early. Driver drove us safely to our destination and gave us information on how to navigate the terminal. We were very pleased with our experience.
