Despite assurances that the driver would meet us in the arrival hall with the lead name on a sign, we had to have a competitor phone to find our driver. He never was in the hall where passengers come out from customs as one of our party was already in Heathrow by 10 am specifically looking for the driver. He tried to tell us he was. The ride was fine but the airport experience was troublesome.
