We did not receive service. The limo company did not monitor our flight that was delayed and was not at the airport to pick us up. The company is insisting on charging me anyway due to “no show” even though they had our flight info and every opportunity to know our fight was delayed. .

We scheduled a transfer from Heathrow to our hotel and they never showed up. your phone call center person in God knows where was impossible to hear or understand and kept me on hold for 45 minutes to tell me that they were unable to contact the provider!! No offer to assist us or help in any way at all!! We were totally stranded because of your company failing to secure our connections. I paid $200 for two hours of delay and aggravation!! And was still left at the airport to my own devices with no offer of help from your company at all other than a shallow and useless apology and a promise of a full refund which has yet to appear. I would not ever use your company again, would never ever recommend you and will tell everyone I know of this terrible experience so the same won’t happen to them because this is obviously how you do business. This is shameful!!!
