    First trip to London, this is the best to see all the sites, used the blue route with excellent and entertaining commentary with some additional story telling from Marc and safe driving from Frazier. Paul & Mary from Cheshire.

    Incredibly bad. Very hard to track buses. We waited a long time for a bus that looked on the map to be coming our way but then turned and stood still at another route instead. One day the bus (blue) Took other routes (red) than according to plan which made it difficult to know where you would actually end up. Very disappointed. We bought tickets for 2 full days which would give us an extra 1 day for free. The second day we showed our tickets it seemed as if it had already expired and we had to explain and it did not feel right. Other tours had much more buses in operations which made us bummed we did not go for the city tour sightseeing company instead, as several buses passed us all the time. Very disappointed by this experience.

    Don't waste your money and time. Worst tour experience I've ever had. Audio awful. Staff not helpful. Viator not responsive with poor experience.
