We had little more than a one day layover in London, and this was the perfect tour for us. Started and ended with plenty of time for meals before and after. Fabulous tour of Westminster Abbey and the Tower of London. The boat ride was memorable and seeing Big Ben, Parliament and Buckingham Palace (all briefly) was exactly what we had hoped for. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in London for the first time. Julia was our guide and she was fabulous.

Great tour that hits the highlights of London. Our tour guide, Jackie, was amazing. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. Tower of London and Thames river ride were highlights. However, despite "skip the line" tickets, we stood in line for 75 min for Westminster Abbey

The tour I paid for was not delivered. The Viator team informed me in advance that we might miss the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace, which I understood. What actually occurred, however, was a complete rerouting of the tour due to police cordons. Not only did we miss the Changing of the Guards, but we also never saw Buckingham Palace at all, and a significant portion of the original itinerary was abandoned. While the disruptions may have been out of the tour operator's control, the final experience was not what was advertised or paid for. Even our guide, Jackie - who I commend for doing her best under the circumstance- was surprised by the changes. This was clearly not the product I booked, and it is unreasonable to expect customers to absorb the cost of such a drastically altered experience with no compensation. I did not request a full refund, but I firmly requested a partial refund to reflect the discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered. Even after I asked that they escalate this matter to a supervisor for further review, there was no thoughtful or fair resolution. Extremely disappointed for the amount of money paid.
