    The tour was phenomenal. We started by exploring the streets of Bloomsbury and Covent Garden and then went to the V&A Museum. My son and I split up to watch a Chelsea game, but my wife stayed with Luciana for several hours at the V&A Museum. In my wife's words, it was the best tour she's ever taken thanks to the wealth of information, the connection between the stories behind the different objects, the historical thread, and Luciana's incredible gift for communication. My only regret is not having taken the full tour of the V&A Museum with Luciana and my wife, but I hope to do so soon. Luciana's every word is transformed into cherished images and memories. Kudos to anyone who has the opportunity to take a tour with her.

    Luciana was amazing. We didn’t have much time and she managed to show us all we wanted to see. She is so informed about everything and polite. I can only recommend her. !!!
