You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Beautiful spacious van. Friendly driver. On time pick-up. Easy and enjoyable transfer from our hotel in London to Southampton Pier to board our cruise.

Pricey, but we got there on time- Joao was an excellent driver.... My only complaint is we should have been offered water to drink for a 2 hour drive ????

Driver was very quiet during the ride but he got us there on time and safely. He was a driver, not a tour guide and that was fine.
